Write a one paragraph summary of the chapter.
Tally was jumping off of a tower in New Pretty town with a bungee jacket. Just before she hit the ground the bungee jacket caught her a she bounced all the way to the plessure gardens. When she got to the plessure gardens she hid in the bushes until she got to the lake. When she got to the lake she sees a shadow that she thinks is a warden but it is a girl named Shay. Shay is also an ugly that becomes friends with Tally.
Shay is like Tally. Shay likes sneaking out at night and breaking rules. I think Shay and Tally will become best friends.
