Characterization: Dr. Cable
Dr. Cable is a middle pretty. She works in special surcumstances, and is mean.
Tally goes to Special Curcumstances. She is questioned about Shay. She won't say anything. The people at Special Curcumstances tell her that she will die ugly if she doesn't tell them anything. I think Tally will tell.
